Research commissioned by the Conveyancing Association has shown that 23 percent of all home sales have not gone through due to bad communication through interested parties. The survey, carried out by OnePoll, shows that just under half say the process involved unforeseen delays and that there was a problem when it came to lawyers, lenders and estate agents liaising. The Conveyancing Association is looking to make the process more efficient and has been working with a variety of partners to achieve this.
