Robert Holmes & Company, an established independent estate agent based in Wimbledon Village and specialising in prime residential property in South West London, is opening a new office in Coombe, Kingston upon Thames, in March.
The Coombe branch, located in Coombe Lane, close to the A3, will primarily focus on Coombe and Kingston Hills, including the prestigious Coombe Estate, as well as Coombeside and New Malden.
Robert Holmes & Company has been successfully involved in the selling and letting of properties in the Coombe and Kingston Hill areas for over 40 years, as well as the Wimbledon area where it is recognised as the leading independent agent.
Guy Leaning, who has extensive experience of the Coombe market since 1989, previously with Barnard Marcus and as a Partner of Lord’s Estate Agents, will be managing the new office. He will be working with key staff from the Wimbledon office who have a particular affinity with Coombe, including director John Nouri, who lives in Coombe Hill and who advises local developers.
Explaining the timing of the new opening, Leaning said: “The Coombe Hill Estate and the estates on Kingston Hill are now experiencing increased levels of interest and investment from developers and home buyers who are recognising its potential.”
