Being a landlord’s not easy. There are a myriad of changes each year to observe and it can get tough when you’ve a million and one other things to do. According to the Residential Landlords Association there are some 100 rules and regulations which govern letting a property, so the red tape shows no sign of going away for a while! So what to do if you’re a time pressed landlord? Well, as there are many updates to these rules, it can be difficult for the majority of landlords who let out just one or two properties, as effectively they have to massively keep up with the latest changes via bodies such as the National Approved Letting Scheme or Association of Residential Letting Agents. So why not make life easier for yourself and seek the advice of experts who can manage things for you? Otherwise, inevitably, time and money will have to be invested to keep up to date with these changes.
