Tenant Fees In relation to an Assured Shorthold Tenancy;

First month’s rent in advance
Tenancy Deposit 5 weeks rent,  increasing to 6 weeks rent (where the annual rent exceeds £50,000)
Unpaid Rent will potentially incur interest at 3% above the Bank of England base rate(outlined in the Tenancy Agreement)
Maximum of one week’s rent to reserve a property, (a holding deposit) this will then contribute towards the first months rent or security deposit in advance
Amendments to the Tenancy Agreement when requested by the tenant a minimum charge of £50 inclusive of VAT
