Wimbledon Christmas Market is an annual event in South West London’s festive calendar, boasting award-winning market stalls from local artisans. This dog-friendly Christmas market takes place on Wimbledon Piazza across five weekends in November and December, ending the weekend before Christmas.
Love Wimbledon’s Wimbledon Christmas Market is held in the town centre at the Piazza, SW19 1QB, close to Wimbledon Underground Station.
You can visit Wimbledon Christmas Market between 22rd November and 22nd December 2024 on Saturdays and Sundays only, from 11am-6pm. But it’s best to stay up to date with details on the official website or Instagram.
Wimbledon Christmas Market 2024 is set to feature food, drink and gift stalls, and an ice rink! Local festivities launch with Winterfest Wimbledon on Saturday 23rd November, 11am to 6pm. For the children, expect face painting, teacup rides, and an appearance from Father Christmas at the Piazza. According to Love Wimbledon, there will also be selfie spots, live musical performances, ice sculpting and fireworks at 5pm.
Wimbledon Christmas Market on the Piazza hosts up to 30 stallholders every weekend, who will offer a broad range of products including bespoke jewellery, clothing, candles, artwork, street food, festive treats and mulled wine. Look locally for another festive event, the Christmas market in Wimbledon Village, Christmas in the Village 2024. This takes place on 1st December 2024. As well as market stalls to peruse, you’ll find Santa and his elves, children’s fairground rides and live entertainment. All the festive fun culminates in Wimbledon Village Christmas market’s Christmas Tree switch-on accompanied by carol singing, mulled wine and mince pies!

Explore over 100 stalls within the grounds of Henry VIII’s palace at the Hampton Court Palace Festive Fayre. The big attraction is its food and drink selection, with everything from Christmas pudding to churros, and the obligatory mince pie and mulled wine. Take note, visitors to the Festive Fayre have to pay for admission to Hampton Court Palace, unless you’re a member.

Discover local businesses and creators at Battersea Power Station as part of the Curated Makers Christmas Market. There’s a changing roster of 60 stallholders selling hand-poured candles, statement jewelry, local baking and more throughout the market’s run, with 20 stallholders on any given day. Situated in Turbine Hall B, this artisan Christmas market is free to attend, and it’s dog-friendly too.

Running until early January, Kingston Christmas Market prides itself on creating an enchanting atmosphere under its fairy lights. A wide array of treats and traditional goods are on offer, ranging from traditional nutcrackers and jolly crochet wreaths to bratwurst and Belgian waffles.
